Roadmap

Paradise Fleet is in active development, built in the open by a solo developer. We’re working toward a playable demo, targeting early 2027. The plan below is a direction, not a contract — dates can move, and scope is kept deliberately lean to protect the demo.

Follow the devlog for regular behind-the-scenes updates.

Building the core of the ship builder.

  • Grid-based placement across multiple decks, with an orbit camera and deck toggle
  • Modular walls, floors and rooms you can place, rotate and remove
  • The build UI and the moment-to-moment “design your ship” loop

Turning a layout into a living holiday.

  • Guests and crew that move around, with needs and moods to satisfy
  • A simple economy: build costs, cabin revenue, keeping the books balanced
  • The first content pass — more room types, props and passenger personalities

Shaping it into something you can actually play.

  • A short, self-contained scenario with a clear goal
  • Cruise routes that change who shows up and what happens on board
  • Save/load, options, and a visual + audio polish pass

A bite-sized slice of Paradise Fleet: design a small ship, welcome your first guests, keep them happy, and turn a profit — with enough personality and emergent drama to show where the full game is headed.
